The originator and co-founder of the LESS_ brand – a peer-to-peer marketplace for the purchase and sale of second-hand items. Dawid Urban (e-Smoking World, Take & Go), Robert Lewandowski, Krzysztof Pawiński (MASPEX) and founders of Allegro and Siepomaga.pl
Mateusz Oleksiuk founded his first start-up in 2017, while still working as an Audit Manager at Deloitte. At the same time, he was developing another project – the CountMe mobile application, which was the prototype of LESS_.
In January 2018, he put everything on one card – he left the corporation and began to develop his ventures.
He gained management and financial experience in the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, BDO and Deloitte. As an Audit Manager, he managed international projects in over 150 business entities, including in Poland, Switzerland and the USA.
He specializes in corporate governance, corporate, financial and project management.
He graduated from the Wrocław University of Technology in the field of Financial Systems Management. He is also a graduate of postgraduate studies in Internal Audit, Supervision and Management Control.
He approaches each project with above-average determination and commitment. A supporter of operating outside the comfort zone, continuous optimization, making difficult decisions quickly and gradually increasing efficiency.
