Professional work
Involved with the Polish capital and financial market since its reactivation in 1991. Started working in 1989 at Bank Pekao SA. Afterwards, in several other banks (Kredyt Bank S.A., BGŻ S.A.) associated with the area of investment banking and capital market. President of the Management Board of the Brokerage House and the asset management company "Asset Management". Project Manager of the mortgage bonds program.
Since 2004, he has worked for Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego for 15 years, where for 5 years he was responsible for the capital market and corporate governance area. He managed the work of the Team for the National Capital Fund. He participated in the development of the guarantee funds market.
Since April 2019, he has been involved in the implementation of European programmes and EU repayable instruments. He participated in the creation of the system of the Bank's functioning as a Manager of JEREMIE Trust Funds. In the current EU perspective he supervised the teams responsible for repayable instruments implemented under regional nstp programmes of the following regions: Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Lubuskie, Podkarpackie, Warmińsko-Mazurskie, Wielkopolskie and Zachodniopomorskie. The task was implemented in close cooperation with the Managing and Intermediary Bodies of regional programmes and Financial Intermediaries (loan funds, guarantee funds, venture capital funds, investment fund associations and their investors). He served as an Observer at the meetings of Investment Boards of particular regions. Represented the Bank at numerous conferences, seminars, and panel discussions.
Founder (2020) and Board Member of the All-Poland Association of Regional Development Funds.
He also gained corporate experience as a member of Supervisory Boards (Fasing S.A., DFG Sp z o.o., WFPK SP. z o.o., KFK S.A.) and the Audit Committee of TFI KORONA S.
He has been directly connected with the Wielkopolska region since 2019. As JEREMIE Project Manager for EU funds from the 2007+ and 2014 + perspective. In Wielkopolska Development Fund since May 2019, initially as Vice President of the Board and since June 2020 as President of the Board.
