Marta Klepka
BIO
Marta Klepka for 8 years was the director of one of the most respected boutique hotels in Poland and in the world – Blow Up Hall 5050 and the President of Fortis Nowy Stary Browar. Previously, for three years she was a managing director of the network of prosthetic laboratories in Poznan, Jelenia Gora and Berlin. She is a lawyer by education, having studied in Frankfurt (Oder) and Poznań. In addition, she completed postgraduate studies in the psychology of management at the Poznan School of Banking, as well as numerous courses, trainings, workshops on management and team building. She inherited the ability to build relationships and organizational sense from her father. She is the initiator of motivational conferences and charity events. Currently, she conducts trainings on team building herself.
She has organized and led 15 editions of a prestigious event for loyal and faithful customers of Stary Browar – the Center of Commerce, Art and Business called Klub Stary Browar, awarded with the Excellence of Fashion award of "Twój Styl" in 2016 and several hundred various events per year, including those for Duda Cars, Karlik Company, Autostrada Wielkopolska, Lidl or Allegro.
She is a long-time volunteer with the Dress for Success Foundation, where she conducts workshops for women on preparing for job interviews and helping them actively search for a rewarding job. She works for the Bone Marrow Team and supports the Nursing Home, located at 27/29 Bukowska Street in Poznan.
For three years she has been hosting a program "In search of good life" on Emmaus radio, where she conducted important conversations about building quality of life with over 70 guests, including: Alicja Majewska, Włodzimierz Korcz, Olga Bończyk, Grażyna Wolszczak, Jurek Owsiak, Dorota Wellman, Dorota Raczkiewicz, Hanna Lis.
She is the originator, author and organizer of the nationwide project #byckobietaontour, which she creates mainly for women. She travels with it throughout Poland, each place she visits delights and makes people realize how important it is to talk to people. (more at www.byckobietaontour.pl) Together with Dorota Wellman, they recorded an audiobook titled Being a Woman, as well as an ebook about friendship for the How2 platform.
In 2018, in a plebiscite organized by Głos Wielkopolski, by the votes of the readers she was chosen the Personality of the Year in the category: social and charitable activities, first in Poznań, then in the whole Wielkopolska Province.
In November 2019, during the Festival of Women of the Internet in Gdańsk, she was honoured with the eFKA ON TOUR award as an INTEGRATING WOMAN.
She is fluent in German (matriculation exam passed in German) and communicative in English.
