BIO

She is a graduate of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań at the Faculty of Social Sciences and within the MBA studies at the University of Economics she received the academic degree of Master of Business Administration of the European School of Economics ESCP-EUROPE in Berlin.
She has been working at Volkswagen AG for over 22 years. At the beginning of her work for the concern, she co-founded the personnel department of Volkswagen Motor Polska Sp. z o. o. in Polkowice. Then for a year she had been working in Germany in the HR Department of Volkswagen in Wolfsburg.
In 2001 she took the post of HR Department Manager at Volkswagen Poznań, where she was responsible for realizing the HR strategy of the concern.
Since 2009 Jolanta Musielak has been an HR Director at Volkswagen Poznań. On 4 May 2010 she was appointed a Member of the Board for Personnel and Organisation at Volkswagen Poznań.
For over 15 years she has been cooperating with universities, among others with the Poznań University of Technology and Poznań University of Economics. She co-created, among others, the concept of dual studies and Engineer Development Program. She has initiated many new educational programs for vocational education and dual studies. She is an active participant of many bodies in the area of HR and labour law, including the HR Platform. She holds the position of the Chairperson of the University Council at Poznan University of Technology. She is a member of the Business Partner Club of the Poznań University of Economics, a member of the Business and Science Council of the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Social Programme Council of the Faculty of Political Sciences and Journalism of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
