In 2018, Izabela joined InPost Group as the Marketing Director. Since July 2022, she has also been serving as a board member at Integer.pl, and from September 2023, as the Chief Marketing & ESG Officer, overseeing the ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) area comprehensively within the InPost Group.

Izabela is a qualified specialist in marketing management, trade marketing, and investor relations communication. She has over 20 years of experience in marketing, public relations, management, and building CX – positive customer experiences with the brand.

Previously associated with the entertainment industry as the Marketing and PR Director at Cinema City and Cineworld Group. She gained marketing experience in the FMCG sector working at Unilever on brands such as Lipton, Amino, as well as at Bakalland and Kamis-Przyprawy. Currently, she is involved in the development of all brands within the InPost S.A. Group.

She obtained her higher education in Marketing and Management at the Leon Koźmiński Academy. At the same university, she also completed postgraduate studies in corporate finance and accounting. Privately, she is passionate about ESG and renewable energy sources.
