Jakub Kłoczewiak – Chief Operations Officer and a member of the management team at Allegro, responsible for deliveries and customer service. He oversees operations related to order fulfillment, logistic services, as well as Trust & Safety issues at the e-commerce leader that is expanding internationally.
Jakub was responsible for transforming the customer service department at Allegro and implementing a new strategy aimed at increasing the satisfaction and shopping experience of millions of platform customers and supporting sellers. Under his leadership, Allegro implemented a structure based on specific processes, improved key efficiency indicators, and launched new online contact channels and social media, confirming its position as a sector leader in customer service.
Before Allegro, Jakub held various managerial positions in the largest Polish service companies, including leading telecoms. He was the Vice President of Liberty Global/UPC Poland, where he managed the Customer Care & Customer Experience department in the CEE region. Earlier, he led Polish subsidiaries of Orange: Contact Center and Orange Customer Service.
He is a graduate of SGH, the University of Warsaw, and holds an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
