International investor and representative of the fourth generation of Polish entrepreneurial families, actively engaged in building and developing the new technology sector for two decades.

Owner of Kulczyk Investments – an international investment house that, based on its own capital, expertise, and highest standards of investment and business management, builds the value of companies with global potential.

Founder of Manta Ray vc – a venture capital fund supporting the most talented entrepreneurs on an international scale, whose mission is to implement revolutionary technologies in education, biotechnology, healthcare, and infrastructure.

Initiator of InCredibles – an international mentoring program that has been developing and promoting the most innovative startups from Poland with global growth potential since 2017. As part of the InCredibles activities, he co-creates specialized reports, debates, publications, and sponsors educational events. He is also the initiator of the first MBA studies for startups in Poland (in cooperation with SGH) and the Firmament radio show on Radio 357.

Ambassador of modern and socially responsible business thinking. He is the creator of the Pho3nix Foundation – a global social organization that supports children and young people worldwide in pursuing their dreams of a sports career. The foundation comprehensively assists in developing the talents of promising young athletes and also conducts a series of educational and social initiatives to promote physical activity.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Adam Mickiewicz in PoznaƄ. He also studied at the London School of Economics. He gained professional experience in the largest global corporations, including the investment bank Lazard in London and the digital media department of Sony BMG in New York.

Since 2010, he has been responsible at Kulczyk Investment for the implementation of strategic projects, overseeing, among other things, the process of acquiring stakes in Nigerian oil and gas fields by KI. He also coordinated the work of the QKR Corporation consortium, dedicated to searching for mining assets in Africa.
