Manager in the Mastercard Advisors team at the Polish branch of Mastercard Europe.

Tomasz has been working in the financial sector for almost 10 years, currently leading advisory projects for financial institutions in Poland. He helps banks create a unique value proposition in both the individual client and SME segments. He also has extensive experience in the area of credit risk and credit process optimization.

Prior to joining Mastercard in January 2022, Tomek worked, among others, at mBank, where he gained his first experience allowing him later to have a good understanding of the needs of his business clients, and at PwC, implementing mainly optimization projects for financial institutions in Eastern and Southern Europe.

He graduated from the University of Lodz pursuing two majors: Computer Science and Econometrics and Economic Analytics. His greatest passion is music, accompanying him on a daily basis: once touring Poland with his own band, now limiting himself only to listening and going to concerts.
