Accomplished, dynamic and caring business professional with 20+ years’ experience and the demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams of professionals to new levels of success. Started career in P& G, where she gathered experience in Marketing and Consumer Understanding/Market Research Departments. Later, she joined GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) Consumer Healthcare, having the opportunity to drive business growth and build teams, in the Marketing Department, Sales Department and also as General Manager. At Haleon, she currently leads the Marketing department in the Central Eastern European (CEE) region with 34 countries, 7 time zones, and 32 languages.

Sylwia has a unique ability to build diverse and highly engaged teams and has a strong belief in diversity, equity and inclusion as part of a company’s culture. She also supports women in the business world to build their self-confidence and shape their career paths.

Aside from her professional career, Sylwia is a mother of teenage twins, and has a passion for art, history, and traveling. She recently started practicing running and wants to fulfill her dream of learning how to surf this year.
