In 2008, he joined the retail arm of mBank, where he held managerial positions in the development of electronic banking products and channels. From 2014 -2020, he was director of the Department of Individual Customers and Transaction Banking. He was responsible for individual customer acquisition, offerings and products for online banking, mobile banking, branch banking in the transactional area, accounts, cards, payments and insurance. Leader or participant in teams managing many development projects of mBank retail. Currently, he manages the following areas in mBank’s retail: cards and payments & Blik, corporate customer and e-commerce, in particular in the area of the marketplace platform and the development of the Paynow payment gateway. Previously, he worked in the areas of online business at the LOT Group’s Centralwings airlines, among others.

From 2017 to 2020, on behalf of mBank, he served as chairman of the supervisory board of PSP (BLIK), where he led the banks in the development of BLIK and conducted the M&A transaction for the sale of BLIK shares to Mastercard Europe on behalf of the banking sector.

Since 2020, he has been vice chairman of the board of mLeasing, responsible for products, processes, operations, IT and customer service, and online leasing at fintech Leaselink. He focused on SME business development, digitalization, building remote channels, establishing the mAuto digital platform and developing NPS and Customer Experience.

Piotr studied at the Faculty of Management at the University of Lodz, Universidad de Valencia in Spain and IESE University of Navarra in Barcelona(AMP). He also completed managerial programs at IMD School in Lausanne and London School of Economics.
