He learnt his first lessons in business and building entrepreneurial relationships when he worked as a bartender in a New York club. He was a bit like Tom Cruise in the movie Cocktail.

He quickly swapped colourful drinks for well-tailored suits and distant business trips. For more than 20 years he held senior positions in global corporations such as DELL and Samsung. He became an expert at implementing innovative solutions in the IT, consumer electronics and entertainment industries.

A few years ago, he swapped his business suit for a colourful (and how comfortable) T-shirt from Desigual. He is an example of how to live life according to his own script and constantly try new things. He created and hosts the programme Design Your Life, which he is now proud to call a business.

In addition to running the podcast, he is also an active business angel. He follow the path of developing projects and investments from idea to success. In his portfolio, he has close to 30 active investments in the FinTech, InsurTech, MarTech, SaaS or market place models, e-commerce, healthcare, fashion and distribution industries. Moreover, he is also a member of supervisory boards in private companies and listed companies. He belong to the association YPO Poland Gold, where he broaden his entrepreneurial perspective and actively participate in the sharing of business knowledge.

He do not believe in work-life balance and do not plan to retire. He designs his life and business activities around growth, new experiences and good people.
