Dr. Kata Fredheim works in the fields of strategy, migration, and sustainability. Currently, she is Executive Vice President of Partnership and Strategy at the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and serves as an Associate Professor in Economics and Business. Kata has played a key role in crafting partnerships and international strategies, evidenced by her leadership at the University of Cambridge’s International Strategy Office.

Her expertise lies at the intersection of anthropology and business strategy. She actively collaborates with businesses to foster a culture of sustainable practices and navigate cultural shifts. Her work as a social anthropologist offers insights into migration and internationalization, with a focus on return migration, brain gain and Ukraine in her recent research.
