Nathalie Roos is a prominent executive with extensive international experience in the food industry, having worked at Kraft, Kronenbourg, and Mars, as well as in the cosmetics sector at L’Oréal. As CEO of LIPTON Teas and Infusions, she is driving the world’s largest tea business to become a leader in sustainable tea production, farming, and distribution methods, benefiting customers, communities, and the planet.

Nathalie is an expert in successfully growing FMCG companies and values strengthening the connections between brands, clients, and teams. In her previous role as a member of the Executive Committee and Managing Director of L’Oréal’s Professional Products Division, Nathalie led a comprehensive transformation of the division to adapt it to the digital revolution in the market.

Nathalie believes in maintaining a balance between her teams’ professional and personal lives to create a workplace environment she calls a “Great Place to Grow.” She promotes an entrepreneurial spirit, commitment, and ownership.

In 2010, Nathalie was elected as a Regional Council Member of Alsace to develop the region’s economy and employment market. She currently serves on the board of French dairy group BEL.

Nathalie is married to a dentist, Dr. Thierry Roos, and is the mother of three grown-up children. She is the President of the charity Les Cigognes, created under Napoléon III, and serves on the Advisory Committee of NEOMA Business School, where she graduated. Nathalie is also a member of the European Advisory Board of Harvard Business School and was awarded the Chevalier of the Legion d’Honneur, the highest distinction in France.
