Currently, at Haleon, she leads a team of nearly 1,100 people in an extremely diverse and complex Central Eastern European (CEE) region, covering 34 countries, 7 time zones, and 32 languages, driving them to the pinnacle of business capabilities.

With over 20 years of experience in various consumer goods sectors, she has gained profound insights into consumer healthcare, food & beverages categories, and the toy industry. This includes notable stints with MARS Inc. and The LEGO Group. Her expertise also extends to mass market, specialty trade, and brand retail. This wealth of knowledge is complemented by her strong international and multicultural experience, having worked on three continents: Europe, North America, and Asia.
