Leszek Tasiemski is an expert in cybersecurity. For over 20 years, he has been involved in both the offensive and defensive aspects of this field. He possesses extensive experience in conducting penetration tests and post-incident analyses, primarily for the European financial sector.

He works as the VP Product for Foundation at WithSecure (WITH.HE), where he is responsible for developing the cybersecurity ecosystem for the B2B sector. Leszek has also been active in applying artificial intelligence technologies to cybersecurity for many years. Within WithSecure, he is actively involved in the “Green Code” initiative, aimed at reducing energy consumption by security technologies. As an entrepreneur, Leszek began his journey in cybersecurity and software development back in 2006, alongside a partner, working out of a basement. Following a series of changes, the company nSense was acquired by F-Secure in 2015.

Leszek is also an evangelist of cybersecurity topics. As part of the “Digital Hero” program, he collaborates with schools and conducts training sessions for parents. In recent years, he has also been committed to combating cyber violence in relationships and providing assistance to those affected by such violence, in cooperation with the NGO Poznańska Fundacja Czas Kobiet.

Leszek Tasiemski graduated Computer Science at the Poznań University of Technology, as well as Economics and an MBA at the Poznań University of Economics. He also studied Psychology at SWPS University. Currently, he enthusiastically shares his experience with students, serving as an Executive in Residence at PUE, a guest faculty for MBA Poznań-Atlanta, and a contributor at the Leon Koźmiński Academy.
