Dominika Szot
Dominika Szot is the Marketing Manager at GRID, a platform specializing in real-time data acquisition and distribution from games. GRID is a pioneer in providing technological solutions that directly ensure the infrastructure and distribution of “in-game data” for major game developers, including Riot Games, KRAFTON, and Ubisoft. In her role, Dominika is responsible for marketing strategy, promotional activities, innovation, and ecosystem development.
Throughout her career, Dominika has been operating at the intersection of gaming and new technologies. Before joining GRID, she was responsible for the first go-to-market strategy for the CEE region in gaming at Huawei.
Dominika is also the founder of IT’S HER GAME, one of the first organizations in Poland supporting women in the gaming industry. She also hosts a podcast with the same title, featuring women from around the world working in the gaming and new technology sectors.
As part of IT’S HER GAME, Dominika has implemented educational and mentoring campaigns in collaboration with organizations such as the United Nations, International Telecommunication Union, Krakow Technology Park, Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW), Women in Games, Women in Games International, Esports Awards, University of Warwick, ITTI, and FC Barcelona.
