Krystian Zięć
Reserve Colonel, Pilot-Instructor (F-16), initiated basic training and co-created the system of operational use of F-16 aircraft within the military aviation of the Polish Armed Forces. He commanded Polish F-16 contingents in many international exercises both at home and abroad.
He was the first to obtain instructor’s rights in basic and tactical training on F-16 aircraft after completing training in the country. As the first commander of tactical groupings (COMAO) – Mission Commander (F-16), he commanded large international strike teams, being responsible for planning processes, effective execution, direct air command, and evaluation of operation results.
He co-created the foundations of historic capabilities in the application of night vision, dramatically increasing the capabilities of the F-16 system in night operations. He introduced many innovative solutions affecting the effectiveness of operations at the subdivision and military unit levels.
He was co-responsible for the creation of the first permanent contingent of the US Armed Forces in Poland. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the Board of Alioth Group, overseeing the development strategy of the Group, its individual companies, new projects, and acquisitions.
