Bartłomiej Gola boasts an impressive 11-year tenure in venture capital, serving as the Founding Partner of the SpeedUp Venture Capital Group. Throughout his career, he has actively participated in over 50 VC transactions and successfully facilitated seven exits from his portfolio, including notable ventures such as Zencard, Absolvent, LubimyCzytac, and Okazjum.

Currently, Bartłomiej Gola has shifted his focus towards leveraging high-risk capital for the digital transformation of the energy sector and other branches of heavy industry. His strategic approach aims to capitalize on the potential of venture capital in driving innovation and digitalization within these sectors.

Prior to establishing SpeedUp, Gola was an entrepreneur in the marketing industry. He played a pivotal role in co-founding one of the largest Polish advertising agencies, ultimately selling it to Omnicom, a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). His entrepreneurial background underscores his multifaceted expertise, combining venture capital proficiency with a successful track record in building and scaling businesses within the marketing landscape.
