Software development leader in the project “Microcredentials – piloting a new solution to support lifelong learning.” Graduated in law from the University of Wroclaw, studied at Universidad da Coruna (Spain). He specializes in the development of workplace competencies, micro-certifications and the use of new technologies in education.

For the past 10 years, he has been conducting trainings on management, leadership and motivation in the workplace. He is currently developing the first Polish application for issuing digital badges in the Open Badges standard (Badge+). He has worked as a manager and expert in many national and international projects. He is a member of the Program Council of the Intelligent Development Forum Foundation, an Expert of the Future Industry Platform Foundation and the Microqualification Team in the area of higher education of the Minister of Education and Science.

In 2022 he was recognized by the Minister of Climate and Environment for his contribution to the development of the hydrogen economy in Poland. Laureate of the List of 100 of the Broad Alliance for Digital Skills in Poland in the 2023 edition.

He is fluent in Spanish. Privately, he is interested in game theory, archaeology and theoretical physics.
