Doctor of Humanities, General Director of SWPS University since 2018. She is a manager with many years of experience in managing large teams and strategic initiatives in both the public and private sectors. As a Polish consul, she worked on the establishment of the Polish Chair at the prestigious Columbia University in New York.

She was an adjunct in the field of psychology at the University of Silesia. She has held high-ranking official positions in public administration, served on boards, and held directorial roles in commercial law companies. She has also served as a board member in NGO sector organizations and has extensive experience in working and cooperating with scientific institutions, institutions subordinate to central administration offices, and non-governmental organizations.

Her professional experience includes managing educational, social, and private projects. She has also been involved in legislative work, coordinating EU programs, and cooperating with the media. She has conducted training and advisory activities in the area of broad human capital management.

She has worked, among other positions, as the Director of the Human Capital Management Office at TVP S.A., Director of the Department of International Cooperation at the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage (MKiDN), Polish consul and Head of Public Affairs at the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in New York, and a member of the Supervisory Board of the Industrial Development Agency S.A. Currently, she has continuously served as the General Director at SWPS University since 2018, managing the organizational area and overseeing the implementation of strategic projects for the development of the university.
