Doctor of Humanities, psychologist. Assistant Professor at the Department of Informatics at the Faculty of Design of SWPS University. Lecturer in postgraduate studies in the field of UX and service design. He collaborates scientifically with leading research institutions, including the Warsaw Medical University, the Institute of Psychology of the Polish Academy of Sciences, and the Nencki Institute of Experimental Biology. He is primarily concerned with methodology, measurement, and processes of memory and attention. He is a co-founder of the Open Laboratory of Artificial Intelligence and collaborator of the Center for Social and Technological Innovation HumanTech at SWPS University.

For over a decade, he has been working for businesses. He has designed and implemented R&D projects in startups operating in areas such as marketing, HR, and MedTech. As a consultant and trainer in the field of research and psychometrics, he has collaborated with, among others, Universal McCann, Maison and Partners, and many leading companies operating in FMCG, finance, insurance, telecommunications, and e-commerce.
