CFO & COO, TVN Board Member

Rafał Ogrodnik currently serves as the CFO and COO at Warner Bros. Discovery Poland. Within the organization, he oversees a wide range of responsibilities, including financial management, business support, and crucial operational matters.

With over twenty years of experience in finance, including more than fifteen years in top managerial roles, Rafał brings a wealth of expertise to his current position. He has previously worked with renowned international companies such as AVON Cosmetics, Sandoz Polska, and British-American Tobacco. Ogrodnik’s journey with Warner Bros. Discovery began in 2014 when he joined the former Discovery Networks as CFO for the Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions. From June 2021 to May 2022, he held the role of SVP Global Integration – Finance, overseeing the financial aspects of Discovery’s merger with Warner Media.

Throughout his career, Rafał has focused on supporting the commercial aspects of organizational operations, managing transformation processes, mergers, and significant investment projects. He holds professional qualifications from the CIMA institute, IESE Business School, and has completed the Finance Leadership Program at Harvard Business School. He earned a master’s degree in economics from the Warsaw School of Economics.
