Daniel Flis, Acting General Manager, IQVIA Poland

Since June 2023, Daniel Flis has been managing the commercial part of the Polish branch of IQVIA, a global provider of advanced analytics, innovative technological solutions, and clinical research. He defines and implements strategic directions for business development, in line with the company’s priorities and mission. As a leader, he primarily focuses on partnerships and coalition building, believing in their unique strength and effectiveness.

He joined IQVIA in May 2021, assuming the position of Chief Financial Officer and board member. He was responsible for strategic projects, including prioritizing business activities, M&A actions, and restructuring processes. Previously, he gained experience in international corporations, excelling in roles related to planning and finance.

Throughout his professional career, he has also obtained qualifications as a certified auditor and membership in ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants). Daniel is a graduate of the Poznań University of Economics, specializing in finance and banking.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, opting for active forms of recreation, most often cycling.
