BIO

Cultural manager, trainer with over 20 years of management experience, lecturer, mentor. Business practitioner in the media, culture and NGO sectors.

Combines business with contemporary art in developing modern professional, social and interpersonal competencies.

Specialist in management through values, author of the podcast “Short Conversations about the Future” and the Future Thinking Hub platform setting directions for companies, organizations and leaders of the future.

Initiator and co-creator of the public institution’s openness program, in a broad sense.

She currently serves as director at Zachęta – National Gallery of Art, where she was deputy director from 2011- 2017.

Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Society for the Encouragement of Fine Arts and member of the Council of the Gessel Foundation.
First Managing Director of Vogue Poland. Responsible for establishing the publishing structure, launching the title and developing the brand’s product portfolio.

As deputy director of the Adam Mickiewicz Institute from 2000 to 2005, responsible for the implementation of international cultural projects during Poland’s accession to the EU.
