NCRD expert has been involved in programming and contracting projects under the last two programming periods from ESF funds (PO KL 2007-2013 and PO WER 2014-2021). With 10 years of experience in higher education and science, she closely monitors the evolving needs of universities, the economy, and the labor market. This observation is crucial for accurately shaping program assumptions and competition guidelines dedicated to the higher education sector. Effective utilization of Union funds by Polish universities and the enhancement of their potential and educational offerings are significant objectives.

Currently, on behalf of NCRD, she is engaged in various activities, including work on the assumptions of calls for proposals in the new perspective – the European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 (FERS) and European Funds for Modern Economy 2021-2027 (FENG) programs.
