She believes in the power of science and education and in working with a mission. She pursues value marketing with conviction. She believes that universities are responsible for modeling social attitudes and improving people’s lives. To achieve this, it is necessary to build trust in science and popularize the results of scientific research.
She values the values on which SWPS University was founded – courage and disagreement with mediocrity.

In 2023 – winner of the Long Time Marketing Excellence special award for many years of consistency in implementing marketing strategy and promoting valuable content – in the Marketing Director of the Year competition organized by mediarun.com. In the same poll, the team she leads received the award for the best marketing team, and the pro-frequency campaign “Vote. Change Poland” won in the Master of CSR / Social Purpose category.
