Joanna Kasowska
Joanna Kasowska, Director of Quality and Food Management Standards at Żabka Group.
For 17 years, she has been involved in food safety and quality. She has extensive experience in food management systems, quality processes, and building a quality culture.
Since 2012, she has been responsible for building systematic quality and environmental processes at Żabka. Since 2021, as the Director of Quality and Food Management Systems, she has been responsible for developing quality policies and the closed-loop economy area in the company.
She engages the organization in pro-quality and pro-environment projects, utilizing new tools in food safety, nutrition, food waste, packaging recycling, and secondary raw materials recovery areas.
A graduate of the Poznań University of Life Sciences in Food Technology and Nutrition and the Poznań University of Economics in Quality Management. She is a lead auditor of the ISO 9001 system and a long-time auditor of food safety management systems.
