Director of Corporate Communications for the CEE Region, Haleon
A seasoned communications practitioner, enthusiast, and strategist, with over 20 years of professional experience in communication and PR. Currently serving as Director of Corporate Communications for 34 markets in Central and Eastern Europe at the global consumer healthcare conglomerate Haleon (formerly known as GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare), responsible for stakeholder relations, public affairs, external and internal communication.
Previously affiliated with companies such as the CCC Group as Director of Corporate Communications and Sustainable Development, and for 14 years with Kraft Foods/Mondelez International, including roles as Director of Communications and External Relations for Central Europe, Poland, and the Baltics. From 2014 to 2016, served as Director of Internal Communications for Mondelez in Europe.
Recognized for dedication to industry association work, active promotion of ethics in marketing and PR activities, and self-regulation. Long-standing member of the Advertising Council Board, formerly its President from 2019 to 2021, currently serving as an arbiter for the Advertising Ethics Committee. Member of the PR Directors Club, and a jury member for the Golden Clasps competition organized by the Public Relations Association, a prestigious competition evaluating projects in PR, communication, and employer branding.
Spent 8 years working in public relations agencies, notably with the Polish branch of the international PR agency Edelman, overseeing Consumer Communications and projects for major FMCG companies.
Brings extensive experience in advising and executing CSR campaigns, marketing initiatives, and 360° communication (for brands such as Milka, Prince Polo), as well as multi-channel communication for launching new brands (Burger King, Oreo). Specializes in public speaking coaching, group communication, personal branding, and executive profiling.
Holds degrees in law and management and marketing with a specialization in PR from the University of Silesia. Has lectured on postgraduate PR studies at the Higher European School named after J. Tischner in Krakow.
