Anna Trzebińska is an expert in human resources management, Senior Director of People & Organisation, and a member of the Leadership Team at Novo Nordisk in Poland. With over 20 years of experience, she has developed HR strategies for international organizations, focusing on creating an inclusive and diverse work environment and modern personnel management practices.

She has developed her career in Poland and in France in companies such as Assystem, Nutricia and Żywiec Zdrój (part of Danone Group), gaining experience in talent development, change management, and building an engaging organizational culture.

Since 2018, she has led the People & Organisation Team at Novo Nordisk in Poland, where she is responsible for people & organisation strategy, developing trust-based leadership, fostering organizational culture based on values and implementing sustainable approach in all HR areas.

Anna emphasizes the importance of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging as key elements of organizational success, believing that integrating and respecting different perspectives drive innovation and team effectiveness.
