Previously, he was the head of the strategy team at the Polish Economic Institute. He graduated from macroeconomic studies at the Technische Universität in Berlin and is currently finalizing his doctoral dissertation at the University of Potsdam. He has extensive experience of working in analytical centers and consulting companies (in Poland and Germany) and in public administration. Author of numerous publications on economic and regulatory issues.
