Manager and scientist with over 14 years of experience in management, including in a research and development unit. PhD in economics (Poznań University of Economics).
Previously, he was the Director of the Institute of Logistics and Warehousing, where he was also the Manager of the Electronic Economy Center. He participated as a member of the organizational team in the process of establishing the Łukasiewicz Research Network.
An expert in the field of research, development and management of national and international projects in the field of digital economy. For many years, he has been actively involved in works on the development of e-administration in Poland and the European Union. He implemented as a leader, among others a pilot version of the Single Contact Point in Poland (biznes.gov.pl), cross-border digital public services under EU projects Large Scale Pilot, and co-created proposals for simplification of the law and
optimization of processes removing barriers to digitization of public services. The business leader of the Digital Public Services stream and the Portal of the Republic of Poland under the Program – From paper to digital Poland. Previously associated with the banking market in the area of ​​credit risk management. Co-author of the first two books in Poland on credit scoring.
Author of over 50 publications, including articles, studies and books in the field of digital economy and banking. Co-author of feasibility studies and financial analyzes. Intern at the University of Bordeaux and the University of Geneva.
