Małgorzata Darowska, is the Minister of Infrastructure's Plenipotentiary for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and the Central European Drone Demonstrator Program (CEDD). Manager, lawyer (legal advisor) with 19 years of experience gained in renowned international and Polish law firms and financial institutions, in research and development programs and projects, financing, integration, implementation and commercialization of technologies for private entities, controlled by the state and in public institutions . Has practical experience in shaping public policy for breakthrough technologies, value chain strategies and cooperation modeling, and building a competitive advantage based on intellectual property.
