Experienced manager with many years of practice in strategy, digital banking, innovation and technology development. Co-founder of mBank and co-creator of such brands as: BLIK, mojeID or Orange Finanse. Former Chairperson of the Bank Card Issuers Council at the Polish Bank Association and advisor for payment institutions. As an active participant of market initiatives she was awarded with the title of the Most Influential Woman in the Payment Industry in Poland granted by cashless.pl.

Graduate of Management and Marketing from the University of Lodz and of ‘Leadership in Innovation’ Postgraduate Programme from SGH Warsaw School of Economics. She also holds the Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Polish-American Management Centre and the University of Maryland.
