David Liebers is a Resident Physician in the Department of Psychiatry at NYU Medical Center. His interest is in the treatment of mood disorders and the measurement of quality performance in health systems. He earned his MD and MPP degrees at Harvard Medical School and Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and previously was Gates Scholar in History and Philosophy of Science at the University of Cambridge.
