Sarah Andrus is a Publisher of Science and Medicine journals at Oxford University Press in New York, where she directs strategic product development of journal titles and advises Society publishing partners on best practices for navigating a rapidly changing environment. She has been actively involved in leading Oxford University Press's adoption of Open Science policies and has advocated for sustainable models that benefit authors, editors, and the wider research community.
She graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Linguistics and holds an MBA from New York University.
