Managing Consultant

Agnieszka is a managing consultant in the Mastercard Advisors team – the consulting arm of Mastercard. She has over 6 years of experience gained in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe.

She specializes in business and strategy development projects, market analyzes and the creation of new banking products, with particular emphasis on the aspects of innovation.
Prior to joining Mastercard, Agnieszka worked in the consulting company Deloitte as Senior Consultant in the advisory department for financial institutions.

In her free time, Agnieszka is passionate about board games and literature – completely private and more professional, e.g. from the FinTech industry and technology start-ups.
