Managing Director of Elavon Financial Services CEE

Rafał Gołębiewski – associated with Elavon since 2011, he is the managing director of Elavon Financial Services in Poland. He manages a branch with over 800 employees and is responsible for all sales and financial activities. During this time, he managed to triple the company's revenues and gain more than 60,000 customers who use Elavon's services.

For 25 years he has been associated with the financial and payment sector. For over 16 years he worked at American Express, where from 2007 he held the position of Director of Card Payment Business for Central Europe. He has extensive experience in managing change and restructuring enterprises as well as in managing human resources in complex business environments.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.
