Senior Economist of the World Bank in Beijing. Former Chief Economist of PKO BP (2008). Economist at the European Department and Advisor to the Executive Director at the International Monetary Fund in Washington (2004-08). Advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of the Republic of Poland (2002-03). He was a scholarship holder at Harvard University, London Business School and the OECD Development Center.
