Experienced manager with broad experience in all aspects of fin/mar/ad-technology, digital sales/marketing and product/process management. In charge of cross-border expansion of mBank business model on Czech, Slovak market. Currently launching Social Media Management startup on EU market.

• Digital Sales/ Product Management: First internet bank in Poland, mBank – managed to became the market leader of CA sales and achieved significant growth in profitability of core products (current accounts, debit cards, bancassurance)
• Digital Sales: Biggest retail bank in Poland, PKO BP – as a Head of Digital Sales achieved significant 3 digit growth in online sales of loans.
• Marketing: First banking green-field built by Polish bank abroad – launched mBank brand on CZ/SK market. I was in charge of communications and brand management. Achieved leader position in CA sales and awarded for the best brand and products offer with Zlatá koruna in 2008 and 2009.
• Tech Innovation: build from scratch the online sales platform for most lucrative products of PKO BP
