President of the Management Board of Baltic Power Sp. z o.o.

Since December 2018, Mr Krzysztof Kidawa has served as President of the Management Board of Baltic Power Sp. z o.o., a special purpose vehicle set up by PKN ORLEN S.A. to construct the Offshore Wind Farm.
He is a member of the Polish Wind Energy Association, as well as numerous bodies with energy and
climate change-related agendas. A long-standing Member of the Board of the Polish Industrial Energy Chamber.
A graduate of law from the University of Gdańsk, he has also completed postgraduate studies in “The Polish Oil and Gas Industry in the EU Economic Consolidation Process” run by the Faculty of Drilling,
Oil and Gas of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków.
Mr Kidawa has a long record of work for PKN ORLEN, where he has been engaged in the Group’s key energy projects.
In 2005–2006, he was employed at the Legal Department of the Polish Ministry of State Treasury. In that period, he was involved in the restructuring and privatisation of PGNiG S.A., the national gas incumbent, establishment of the transmission pipeline operator (OGP GAZ-SYSTEM Sp. z o.o.) and vertical consolidation of the energy market through the establishment of Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A., Tauron Polska Energia S.A., ENEA S.A. and ENERGA S.A.
His extensive experience covers the areas of lawmaking, lobbying and building regulatory value
added through day-to-day operations and delivery of projects.
