He has over 18 years of documented experience in the field of business consulting, investments, scientific and research activities, entrepreneurship and management of consulting and training projects for the sector of large commercial enterprises,
companies of the State Treasury, SME sector and public administration.
In 2010 – 2011, Senior Consultant II degree at Simon Kucher & Partners Poland – the Polish branch of a leading global consulting company specializing in pricing policy and sales management. Responsible for the implementation of international consulting and training projects in the field of improving the profitability of business in the area of ​​sales.
In 2012, by the decision of the Faculty of Management at the University of Economics in Katowice, he was awarded a PhD in economics in the discipline of economics. In 2012-2014, contract expert in strategic management at WYG International – a company belonging to the WYG Group, a British group listed on the London Stock Exchange, specializing in economic, business and engineering consulting. Responsible for the implementation of key projects financed by EU structural funds in the field of restructuring, process optimization, strategic management and human resources (Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, Rapid Reaction Instrument, Strategic Planning in MSME) – for the industrial, manufacturing, trade and services sectors. In 2015-2018, he was one of the main shareholders and vice-president of the board of companies from the Alteverso Group – a consulting company, associating selected field experts and entities operating in the areas of: Strategy, Marketing and Sales, Human Resources, R&D, Finance. Responsible for the strategic development of the Company, implementation of priority projects, obtaining external financing, as well as projects in the field of economic intermediation and building relationships in the CEE region and Western Europe. From 2018, the majority shareholder and CEO of Crowdway sp.z o.o. – operator of one of the leading equity crowdfunding platforms in Poland.
