BIO

Doctor in law and an attorney specializing in civil and business law, a graduate of the Jagiellonian University and the University of Cambridge. Since 17 August 2021, he has served as Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Development and Technology. In the ministry he is responsible for the area of regulation and legislation. Previously, he was Deputy Minister of Entrepreneurship and Technology, Deputy Minister of Development and then of Development, Labour and Technology. In particular, he supervised legislative work on the law on the so-called Small Social Insurance Fund, and coordinated work on COVID-19 pandemic-related laws referred to as the first and fourth instalment of the government anti-crisis shield. He was also responsible for work on the following acts passed in the 8th term of the Sejm: the act on counteracting payment blockages, amendments to the Commercial Companies Code introducing a new type of commercial company – Simple Joint Stock Company, the Friendly Law Package and the new Public Procurement Law.
