President of the Management Board of the Polska Bezgotówkowa Foundation. He started his career at Polski Bank Rozwoju, where in 1995-98 he was the president of the management board. Then for two years he was the vice-president of the management board of BRE Bank S.A. For three consecutive years he was the CEO and chairman of the board of MHB Mitteleuropäische Handelsbank AG in Frankfurt am Main. In the years 2002–10 he was the president of the management board of BRE Leasing, and then for 7 years he was the vice president of the Polish Bank Association and the Association's representative in the Executive Committee of the European Banking Federation in Brussels.
