Director of the Financial Innovation Department of Fintech

A graduate of the University of Wrocław and the University of Economics. A long-time employee of the tax authorities.
In 2016-2019, at the Ministry of Finance, he managed the JPK_VAT and MinFinTech projects.
The JPK_VAT project was awarded with a distinction in 2018 by PMI Poland Chapter.
MinFinTech aimed to acquire innovative tools from a startup to improve the effectiveness of the National Revenue Administration implemented as part of GOVTECH Polska. He was a mentor and ambassador of GovTech under the patronage of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland. Lecturer at the National Tax School and the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution on tax audit, obtaining information on the Internet, e-commerce and tax fraud.
From October 2019. took the position of the director of the financial innovation department of FinTech at the Office of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
