Manager with over 20 years of experience in several industries with strong focus on customer, financial institutions and technology.
Marcin graduated with an Engineering degree from Cornell University and started his professional career as a strategy consultant with McKinsey & Company, where he advised mainly financial Institutions. Later, for several years he managed a boutique consulting and interim management company where his expertise was technology, consumer products and also financial institutions.
Following the consulting career, Marcin has managed companies in technology and engineering, among them he managed an Internet Startup, Pattern Communications, a pioneer in providing Internet access through electric powerlines.
In the financial sector Marcin has held managerial position in an insurance company Allianz, where he was responsible for the sales network and in a consumer lending company Wonga, where we was responsible for developing new partnership models.
Marcin’s team has recently introduced new services of BNP Paribas in Poland, a mobile application – GOmobile and new home banking system – GOonline.
