Head of the Innovation Development Team in the FinTech Financial Innovation Department of the Financial Supervision Authority. His team carries out tasks related to the Innovation Hub Program, issuing interpretations by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), as well as taking other actions related to supporting the development of financial innovations.

He participated in the development of, among others, the position of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on the rules of functioning of the so-called investment crowdfunding platforms, the Polish Financial Supervision Authority's warning on risks associated with the acquisition of and trading in crypto-assets (including virtual currencies and cryptocurrencies) and the Polish Financial Supervision Authority's position on issuing and trading in crypto-assets.

He is a lawyer by education, registered in the list of the District Bar Council in Warsaw.
