Robert Stanikowski has 20 years of professional experience in financial services. In the BCG Warsaw office, he is an experienced member of the BCG Banking Practice and a leader of the Technology Advantage practice in the CEE region. He has completed over 30 projects for financial institutions, mainly insurers, both in Poland and in the United States – mainly in the area of strategy, sales, operations and IT, claims/assurance.
