The space is designed specifically with startup and companies presenting their innovations at the EXPO in mind. This unique circular stage, which is surrounded by seats for the audience, is called the Challenger arena. This is a place where pitches of selected startups and other forms of presentation (for example, discussions with investors) will be held for two days. During that time around 60 companies will hold presentations for the event’s audiences. The Challenger arena project will also include a competition for the best startups,in the form of pitching sessions, during which the audience will choose their favorite using a specially-designed application.

This stage is specially designed for workshops organized by the partners of the event (both commercial and content partners). The audience will be able to actively participate in these activities: ask questions and enter into discussions with speakers. Each workshop will feature a range of with graphics, video and digital presentations intended to deliver a richer more memorable experience.
A zone specially designed for meetings between investors and startups. The idea here is based on 1-on-1 conversations that take place at specially arranged locations.
The EduHackathon is intended as a place for addressing an interdisciplinary issue with the use of design thinking tools. The meeting will take the form of an expert creative session with automotive industry representatives, mobility startups, public administrators and the academic community.Thanks to the participation of representatives from various sectors it’s possible to see where each side is coming from and find the best possible solution for all affected parties. Conclusions from this meeting will be presented during the “Edu hackathon pitches” session at the Workshop Stage on the 2nd day of the event.
Meetings with public institutions, which take place at their designated booths, meant to help initiate an active dialogue with the business community. During the Business Booster activity, at Impact mobility rEVolution’18, each participant will have a chance to consult ideas – ask questions and seek advice. This activity should be of particular interest to entrepreneurs – who can schedule a meeting before the event as well as during it – the latter is possible at the reception desk on both the 1st and 2nd day of Impact mobility rEVolution’18.
A party open to all of the event’s participants. It will take place, on the first day, right after the main, educational-content filled portion of the Impact mobility rEVolution’18 has concluded. This informal meeting is a chance for guests to network in a relaxed atmosphere – with a musical backdrop and drink in hand.
A pitching session, featuring several selected startups, that will take place on the main stage. . Each company will have a few minutes to present its innovative ideas in front of both the audience and a jury. Each pitch will be followed by a short question and answer session – this so the jury can clear up any doubts about the content that was presented.There will then be a brief deliberation based on which the jury will select the most innovative presentation.
