DIRECTOR MANAGING THE TRANSFORMATION AREA AND STRATEGY OFFICE

Chief Operating Officer responsible for the creation of a coherent business vision to ensure its proper functioning. She has extensive experience in the development and implementation of organisational strategies, business process transformation and back office. She has built her professional background working at one of the largest commercial banks in Poland – Alior Bank. Over the years, she has developed professional practice in the operational area of the IT and security divisions as well as in the departments of settlements, logistics, digital channel solutions and procurement. She looks for ways to increase the efficiency of all processes involved in business development. She actively collaborates with a number of departments of the company and represents it externally, building fruitful and long-term relationships. She is experienced in taking effective measures aimed at optimisation and automation of internal processes, and also in initiating and implementing new solutions and projects targeted at work improvement and cost optimisation.

She is a graduate of AGH University of Science and Technology and IESE Business School. She obtained a Master of Business Administration from Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu – National Louis University in Nowy Sącz.
