BIO

Polish entrepreneur and visionary who turned his passion for sports into a business. He began his journey by running a sportswear wholesaler to create the 4F brand in 2003 – today recognizable both in Poland and internationally. The retail network includes nearly 650 stores in 12 countries, and thanks to cooperation with wholesale partners, 4F products reach more than 900 multibrand stores in 40 countries around the world. The brand is supported by prominent Polish athletes such as Robert and Anna Lewandowski, Bartosz Zmarzlik and Natalia Maliszewska.

Thanks to strategic business decisions, 4F apparel has become part of national teams and clubs from the top sports leagues in Poland and countries where the company has operations. The brand has also built a strong position in the global Olympic movement – since its debut in Vancouver in 2010, it has provided dedicated national collections for 11 Olympic and five Paralympic committees.

During the pandemic, Igor Klaja founded the 4F Pomaga Foundation, which now focuses on supporting children’s sports development and renovating multipurpose sports fields in poorer regions of Poland. After the Russian aggression in Ukraine and the flood disaster in Lower Silesia, the foundation donated hundreds of thousands of zlotys to humanitarian aid.

His ambition is to compete with the world’s biggest sports brands – both in the area of sportswear for professionals and in the retail segment. It consistently strives to put 4F in line with the global giants.
